Hire a designer. Usability is okay, but it's incredibly ugly to use. STILL requires Adobe Air. But hey, I guess there's an app that's not just a web portal.

Great app for meeting, if you log in, it can auto-sync your itinerary with app and any changes you make are reflected. easy to use and easy to add items to itinerary. To remove item, open up itinerary item and click the star on the top right corner to "unbookmark" it from itinerary. great search function for relevant talks of interest (faster than flipping through abstract book)! Highly recommended, will save lots of time for meeting
