Dear Healy, after a few months using the Healy I am super stoked with the device. Bio resonance is the way forward to heal, balance and rejuvenate all the bodies! I am back at the Google store to uninstall and reinstall the app AGAIN.. This is something that really needs to be improved. Crashing apps, slow connection and now the app only shows a black screen. Also the advisory app always needs to be connected via bluetooth during a treatment.. Bluetooth on the body is not very healy...

I am so very grateful for Healy, seriously a life changing device! I know the app can be a bit tricky for some people, but I think its just learning how to use it, and then its all good. So worth taking the time to figure it out.

Healy turns itself off in the middle of a program, also Bluetooth stopped as well although it's always on. Battery acts up, doesn't charge fully and overcharges, since the green light doesn't go off. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Don't get one!! They cheated me and still do!!!

It just never connects!!! I try and try and try and it doesn't work! I can't believe that such an extremly expensive device/software can't do even the most BASIC thing right. Very disappointing!

App is poor I have to keep exiting and restarting the app. The programs screen keep freezing and nothing shows up. For the amount of money paid for the device and app it is really really un professional and annoying. fix this

Awful! Have had it since Nov... I still cannot use the device nor the app. Please beware as you may get a faulty device and they will keep repeating the steps to troubleshoot everytime you send a ticket.
