So glad I got the magazine format. The digital is included, but DOES NOT WORK on Android devices. I can run the app on my iphone but that is useless for trying to see a pattern. So if you have Apple devices you're good, otherwise forget it - just get the magazine. Love Knit Simple but in today's digital age, their digital format and support is a huge disappointment.

Fraudulent Company & broken app. I brought the digital only subscription, app DOESN'T WORK on Kindle Fire 8 tablet or Samsung S8 phone. SAYS it's made for an older version of Android on the phone and won't open. App opens on Kindle but register fails. What A RIP OFF! Reading the comments looks like people have been complaining for over a year and company hasn't bothered updating the app but they keep taking your money.

Horrible. As a subscriber i should have access to my current magazines. The app says I have to buy them. Customer service gives me the runaround. Now the thumbnails of 2019 editions aren't even showing up. Fire your developer and customer service staff. If the majority of your app's reviews are ONE STAR, you are doing everything wrong!

This app refuses to open on my S9. or my Fire tablet. Tried to use the app on my older Samsung Tablet. Will not load anything that I used to be able to access on that device. Says to check wifi connection but wifi works perfectly or everything else. Contacted customer servce...NO RESPONSE.
