Really good interactive app but I would complete the video and then it would crash and not save my progress. Had to repeat the same video about 3 times before it let me save.

The app is good but I can't login. Tried 2 different email addresses and keeps telling me they're invalid. Done all the scenarios and done well and I wanted to print it off, but I can't cause you have to login. So annoyed. You lose all of it as soon as you leave the app.

Frustrating to say the least. I was asked to complete a course using this app and I need the certificate from this life save app. It will not allow me to register and just tells me to verify my email address, I have not received any emails to verify my email address. It's most frustrating!

This app is so poorly optimised for mobile that it is unusable. Attempting to log in, reset my password and even create a new account with the same email address has resulted in it saying my information is incorrect. Because of this error it seems that I simultaneously don't have an account and that I do, so my account is in purgatory. This is the 3rd time this has happened now. Upon trying to go to the webpage to fix this, it keeps proudly taking me back here to download it. Very disappointed.
