Suddenly, the app has stopped working on my phone and tablet. It says there was a problem with login check my network connection. Everything there is fine. I can login on the website and change my thermostat settings from there but not from the app. There is absolutely no support. When I try to send an email it gets kicked back. Going too stop wasting my time with this app.

The app is ok. After a month, the weather section is still unavailable for my area? I live in freaking San Diego! It would have received 5 stars from me, but for now 3 stars is what it gets from me!

About a week ago it quit working. It won't log on. Galaxy S 6. UPDATE Info, the app has been replaced with one called VENSTAR.

The only thing I could recommend is the ability to program via the app. Other than that it is awesome.
