I am enjoying the meditation experience. Thankyou.

I would like to say that it is a very interesting app. I have bought most of the meditations (minus 2), so far it's working. You have to listen it regularly before seeing any change. It took me 10 days, having listened the first one for one 5 times to see any result. As it comes to the second and third, I "only" needed 8 days (4 times each one). I highly recommend this, even if you have to pay for them (between 4 to 7 euros)

The app has several guided meditations and hypnosis sessions that are well deigned and helpful. Most of them require an in app purchase but they are worth it! Thanks to the design and development team!
