Introducing DealEstates Investor! DealEstates is a search engine that finds investment deals FAST. DealEstates creates a market of comps for every house and condo for sale in a city, and can then quickly tell you how far below that market average that a property lies.

FIND DEALS - Using our advanced filters, you can easily search for a house 30%-50% below the market average, or search for a property with a $100k profit potential, or search for the deals that have been on the market for 5 days or less so that you can act on them first.

CALCULATE PROFITS - The app includes a profit calculator so that you can quickly estimate how much money you could make if you flip or rent a property. Calculate profits for a flip, and for rentals, you can calculate yearly profits, total accumulated profits, cash on cash returns, and equity over time.

PROPERTY SEARCH - DealEstates can also search for your dream home if you simply want to browse properties.

CONTACT SPECIALISTS – Whether you are searching for investment deals or looking for dream homes, DealEstates Investor can quickly put you in touch with an agent in the market you are searching in to get you the help that you need.

NOTIFICATIONS – Receive device and email notifications to let you know when deals or properties that meet your search criteria hit the market!

FAVORITES – DealEstates allows you to save a list of your favorite properties so that you can quickly go back and view them.

INTERACTIVE MAP - The app includes an interactive map so you can see if properties lie in regions that rent well, or are popular for flipping. You can manually modify your list of comps to throw out properties that are priced significantly above or below the typical house, or lie in neighborhoods that do not make good comps. This allows you to increase your confidence in how good of a deal the property actually is, and increase the accuracy of it's value.

You can now set deal and property search parameters, and receive email and device notifications whenever a new deal or property that meets your search criteria hits the market! You can now save your favorite properties to go back to quickly. We've added a much more robust rental profit calculator to this version. You can now calculate yearly profits, total accumulated profits, cash on cash returns, and equity. And our deal and property search engine has added several new search parameters.
