Previously, CheQQme processed redemption requests and responded to complaints with much gusto. Nowadays, they tend to ignore complaints and delay processing of redemption requests. My current request has been so delayed that it ended up in a complaint, escalation...which is still unresolved and not being looked into with any amount of urgency. As I confirmed with CheQQme, I did NOT register 2 email addresses with my account, NOR do I have multiple CheQQme accounts.

This game is very epic.But there has a bug that not fix.And thats why I give 4 stars.So the bug is....the treasure chest is shaking and I believe if it shaking that means in have reward in it and I wait for 3 days!Then when I open it just NOTHING!SO PLEASE FIX AND REPLY THIS COMMENT.I WILL CHECK EVERYDAY TO SEE YOUR REPLY

I used to be able to redeem Digi reloads through months of points collection but 1 of my recent redemption expired & all that hard work just gone to waste. I guess it's time to uninstall & say goodbye to what used to be a wonderful app. Sad...

the apps is good but one that i dont like when i spend time most likely for 3-4 day in this apps when i redeem my topup it say error "this item is not yet ready" its already most a day i still not receiving my code topup from any email from you? please fix this!!
