Using BlueStacks

Expected app to have usable, searchable map. It was neither. What a waste.

I cannot even go past the sign in step. I think that right after signing in, it tries to use my location (or maybe not) and it crashes before I can do anything. Seeing the last update in 2017, this is very disappointing. CF makes loads of cash, how come they cannot have a working app?

What on Earth was this mall Operator thinking... one of the most pointless valueless and worthless app experiences in the store... it smacks of desperation that a property management company is trying to insert their unknown brand into your daily life... what a joke... no wonder bricks and mortar retail is on the way down.... just think every penny spent on this app gets passed on to Shoppers. Zero perks for using it... Basically all about selling their gift card. WHY???.....Total BS.

One of the few times I would ever give a 1-star review. ** IF YOU INSIST ON USING THIS APP, DO NOT USE THE LOCKING FEATURE! MORE THAN LIKELY YOU WILL GET LOCKED OUT AND LOSE ACCESS TO THE MONEY ON YOUR CARD! The app crashes when you log in, and continues crashing to the point where the Android operating system will tell you "this keeps crashing, would you like to stop the app?" Non-intuitive interface. There are multiple menus, and no clear indicator for what you'll find in each, or why they were separated as such. If you have an account online on their website, it's not connected to the app. Enjoy trying to maintain different accounts and figuring out what's connected to what! As soon as you link your card to your app, if you call the hotline on the back of the card to get your balance it will tell you it's 0 dollars. Online records show that's not the case, but who knows. This app is a mess. If you change your phone number and forget your PIN, you're out of luck. Can't recharge your card, can't log in, can't unlock your card. I have $60 tied up in this card right now that I can't access because my card is locked and I can't unlock it. Absolute garbage.

Useless! Why provide a mall directory but not include the store's location in the details? That's probably the only detail most people are looking for.
