Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing AP TeleCares on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

AP TeleCares is HIPAA-compliant telemedicine video session software that is used by doctors and patients for online appointments. Users can be logged into both the desktop version at aptelecares.com or the application version of the software on their Android devices to schedule, book and conduct online video sessions.

Patients need to pre-purchase session credits using their desktop accounts of the system at aptelecares.com in order to book video sessions with doctors either on desktop or the App.

The application offers doctors to add their availability using a built-in calendar feature and change their status to be "On-Call" which allows patients to video-call doctor on the spot for urgent matters. Patients are able to see available appointment times and book a session with a doctor. Just at or before the appointment time, both doctor and patient can begin their session by tapping on the "start" button to initiate a video session.

After session is complete, users can see a history of all online appointments in their desktop account of the software on aptelecares.com.

Privacy Policy is adopted to inform the users that it collects personal, personally identifiable, and non-personal information when they use the CloudVisit software and to explain how this information is used.
