The whole procedure is slow and unnecessary complicated, every time I wanted to add another photo I had to start the procedure from the beginning (new codes). The fact that I even had to download this app, login to store's wifi and give my details (phone number!) just to print out 6 photos is more than annoying. Not gonna use it again, I will definitely go to Boots next time.

customers keep accidentally hitting the continue button when scrolling. customers think the continue button means something else, maybe rename it "finish transfer" or something to that effect? When a customer uses the back button, it doesnt go back to album selection , it goes back to entering the kiosk code..... and then you have to proceed on the kiosk , choose your size, ad more photos to enter in a new code. very frustrating for the customer, maybe also have a warning pop up when you hit it?

Can't find the "collage" option on the app. I made a folder of "favourites" on my phone to make it easy to find the photos I wanted to print but the app won't let me access all my folders so I have to go thru all my photos again to find the ones I want. My local fujifilm shop is listed on the website but not on the app.

Thanks to the unhelpful staff at the mc alleys photo centre I ended up with photographs that were cropped and half of the photograph missing. This was my first time using you system, it is also my last.

Works when transferring pics at the shop but when from home, no option to pay unless you have a PayPal account. Pictures darker than originals.

Too slow to upload photos. If you leave phone for even a couple minutes, the download cancels. Frustrating.
