From installation, 2 years ago - it's 14-4-21 - this app has downloaded "security updates" against prohibitions. The developers have been contacted & the issue persists. Fix this Dang Thang !, Fang-you. 25-4-21 Again caught downloading without Authority. Developers contacted, as las update registered was in 2019.

This app is terrible at uploading photos from your phone. There is no order to how it retrieves them, it seems to entirely not see some files and doesn't even put all the folders together. The worst experience and I haven't even printed a single photo.

Easy to use. Good app. Just takes a long time (days to weeks) for some items to be ready even though it doesn't state that when ordering.

If it's just for a one off print at a Kiosk... Forget about this app and instead bring a USB stick containing the photos you want to minimize the chances of headaches. Exprienced vague and unhelpful "upload failed" messages upon trying to use the wireless transfer function that even WSL staff couldn't figure out. Ended up emailing in the photos instead.

Terrible! Go elsewhere. All I wanted to do was get a personalised mug. One of the most difficult apps to use I have ever had. So confusing but I persevered. Then the app kept crashing, wouldn't connect instore, frustrated I went home and purchased via Vistaprint.co.nz and had one delivered.

There is no interface between this app and the store which does the printing. I have wasted much time going to the storeto be told by staff they cannot print off anything from the app. Despite the app saying it can be done. Complete waste of time
