I used to really love the convenience of this app. Being able to refill prescriptions without going to a doctor was really easy and helpful, but lately I've had a lot of problems with this app. The notifications don't always work, and no one gets back to me anymore. I'll submit a refill request at 10 am and not get a reply until 2 am, which I'm not awake for but of course then I'll get a notification saying I missed it. It's become even more inconvenient than just going to the doctor.

This app slow and glitchy. Half the time it erases what you just typed. The rest of the time it is so and has to catch up to you. Then you'll send something that was supposedly finished typing and a word or half a word will be missing from the sentence. If you have to go back and correct something, forget about it. I use the Keep app and copy pasta from there. Support is terrible. Want to get a prior authorization, forget about it!

4 stars because the time with the physician was fantastic. She did a great job and everything worked as I would expect. The app loses one star for not being nearly as user friendly as it could be and some glitches in the actual scheduling side preventing me from seeing available appointments after going through the whole paperwork process.

The app is buggy, but customer service is prompt. Overall, easy to use and to manage simple mental health needs, I felt confident in the psychiatrist I spoke to. The bugs could use some work, as I was locked out of the app due to upgrades. Also, I initially chose the wrong state by accident, there should probably be a confirmation step just in case someone does the same thing. Luckily the initial doc I connected with was licensed in my state.

When I first found this app in 2020 it was amazing. But it has gone downhill in the last 6 months or so. I'm constantly having issues like being charged multiple times, being unable to resume a visit, being charged and then the doctor just closing the chat without helping me, and the app freezing and not loading. Plus the cost has gone up $20 since I started. My co-pay is cheaper than that. I don't recommend this app anymore.

While pretty thorough in most areas, there seems to be no symptom in the list to choose for a slow, hard-pounding heart. If I select "pounding heart" from the search results, it translates it to palpitations, which really isn't the same thing. I've experienced both in my life many times and selecting palpitations can tamper with a potentially accurate result.
