I really love the whole conecpt of the app! Using the phone for everything is a bliss. The no contact check-in and out and the key is easy to handle. Maybe the only thing that has bothered me is that when I used it for the second time (my partner always added me as a second guest, so I wasn't the main user) I had to put in all my info again. It bothered me a bit but I had no huge problems with the app.

A pain. Aero Guest takes your money as soon as they take your payment details,but don't tell you they will. If the hotel gives you door keycards the digital key doesn't work any more. Can't really see the point of Aero Guest, it just seems a big faff.

Been trying for 30min to access my room. My partner has access but there is no way to share access with other guests. Far too complicated
