Excellent! Downloaded app, made the order, delivered within an hour, customer service very helpful. No 5 stars yet as a few things need brushing up. Such as communication between the app and stores as the shop wasnt aware of the order number, live chat no one answered had to email, some stores ie spar g west kept freezing but other than that.. great to know there's a trustworthy app that delivers on their promises!

It's been an hour since I ordered my food and I don't understand whether it's on its way, or if it's even ready to be collected. My foodness had a much better user interface. This app doesn't update users. At this point I wish I hadnt made an order.

Since installing the App it hasn't worked. Always showing that it's loading but nothing happens. So disappointed with the App

Great app but when i open it takes a little while

The user interface is very poor and very slow. The customer chat system is faulty, the chat dissappears if you minimize to do anything else in the app after waiting a long time for a response. It is difficult to choose a location properly; this is mostly due to Google Maps' poor coverage in Botswana but the app should cover for this. No order updates and ETAs.
