Functies van OmgevingsInfoSchiphol
De app bestaat uit verschillende informatieve onderdelen:
• De app geeft actuele informatie over welke start- en landingsbanen worden ingezet en waarom.
• De app toont het actuele vliegverkeer rond Schiphol. Door te klikken op een vliegtuig wordt informatie getoond over een individuele vlucht, zoals de gevolgde luchtverkeersweg, actuele vlieghoogte en vliegsnelheid, details over het vliegtuig, de bestemming van het vliegtuig en informatie over de luchtvaartmaatschappij.
• Met de app kan de gebruiker informatie opvragen over het vliegverkeer op een specifieke locatie, zoals de eigen woonplek. Daarnaast is het bijvoorbeeld mogelijk om het aantal vliegtuigen dat overvliegt en de gemiddelde vlieghoogte van vliegtuigen op die specifieke locatie te vinden.
