MY experience with Udrive was very good in general. Cars are clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable. FAQ section contains a lot of very useful information. The app is not difficult to use. I booked the car including the fuel and parking. It was only difficult for me to locate allowed RTA parking so I can return the car. I didn't give 5 stars because the call center take long time to connect and they don't provide 24 support for rental.

good service but the software (app and the car terminal) is disaster. here's what happened with me: i switched off the car and ended the reservation. after locking the car I saw dashboard lights still on so I started a new reservation to unlock the car and switch off again. car didnt unlock, but a reservation started and I was being charged for it. called the call center and after 40 minutes the issue was solved. however, the reservation is still running.

CALL CENTER OFTEN UNAVAILABLE - On several occasions I've called the call center to assist in a booking/app error, and the phone rings continuously with no answer. APP OFTEN RELIABLE - When booking cars, many times the locations of the cars are completely wrong. CARS OFTEN HAVE PROBLEMS - Sometimes the cars won't start at all. When this service works, it works. However, it can often be an inconvenience if you have somewhere to be. Staff or schedule more operators, and redevelop this app...

I had a fantastic experience using this car rental app. It stands out for its convenience and user-friendly design. The process is transparent, with clear pricing and easy navigation, making it superior to other services. I recommend decreasing the price of the per km excess so i can use this app for my long distance travel where i have to use other services to avoid excessive cost. Update: The insurance became super expensive, it trippled within 1 month.. please consider reducing it

I had issue during my first booking because of some technical or software bug. Fortunately they responded to my complaint immediately and resolve it making me HAPPY how they did it! App is very nice as long as you read and Understand HOW it WORKS and the DO's and DON'T's. This APP is like a mobile rent a CAR wherever there is a unit available near you! Hopefully, KM driven for Daily limit is to increase.

I've had a good experience until recently. The charges applied post reservation are way too high without prior notification of the changes on the reservation charge terms, to make matters worse, my complaint fell to deaf ears. I've never seen a company ignoring their clients complaints and concerns as Udrive is doing. It's a high time to end my relationship with you. Avoid Udrive like a plague otherwise you will end up like me.
