Terrible experience with the ongoing promotions! You buy things, you have been given a voucher and when you try to exchange, they cancel the whole voucher given! Put on top the that, the rudeness of the staff in some stores when dealing with your claim. No more dealing with these Pharmacies anymore.

Very poor service. Have placed an order 2 hrs back. No calls, delivery takes too much time. No commitment. Noone answers on the mobile number provided on the app. Have shared my concerns on the email also

Really bad service and customer support, they don't care about the customer after they sell the product as they are really eager to up selling, poor experienced sales team who gave me the wrong medicine in 2 prescription and refused to cancel it as they didn't delivered the medicen as it's not available at the store but they still get the approval and get me stuck with them, also the online vitamin delivered boiling from the heat and when I complained about it they said it's not our problem.
