About this app

LinKey is a real-estate App for the Dubai market, connecting agents with other agents and with customers who can use this powerful network of connected licensed agents to list or search for properties in Dubai.

LinKey users can list or search properties on a platform powered by a social network where agents can chat with other agents and with customers who have given them an "assignment" to sell, buy or rent a property.

LinKey uses a rating system where any customer can rate an agent one week after the agent accepts one of his property listing or search query assignments.

As a Dubai agent, you are immediately connected to a network of Dubai agents on LinKey:

• You can post property listings for sale or rent on a property portal for other agents to view
• You can search for properties on the property portal in case you have a buyer
• You can chat with all other agents and exchange information about properties either on a one-on-one basis, within a group of agents or in a public forum.
• You can receive assignment requests from customers to list a property or search for a property on their behalf. If you accept a customer assignment request, you can immediately chat with the customer on LinKey and his/her contact information is automatically saved in your contact list for future communication.

As a customer or non-Dubai agent, you have access to a network of connected Dubai agents for all your real-estate needs and you can give "assignments" to any agent of your choice:

• You can search for a property by selecting agents that are most suitable to your property search criteria.
• You can post a property for sale or rent by selecting agents that are most suitable to your property details.
• You can change agents any time on your listing or search if you are not satisified with his/her performance.
• You can chat and exchange information about properties with all agents that you have selected and who have accepted one of your "assignments".
