App is difficult to use. Difficult to find providers. They should have provider list in PDF even that could make finding easier. App is like developed by interns. Really difficult. It feels like they wish fewer people claim the offer due to difficulty using app and finding providers. And support is outsourced to third party. I would rate - (minus) to their support, if possible.

"Daman services are currently unavaible". Getting this message for weeks already. They are basically NEVER available. Also the answer to my security question contains a space but app doesn't allow to enter a space. Beyond ridiculously bad app. Completely unusable.

The first step for many customers is to Pre-approve a procedure. No idea how to do this in the app, seems just to be an empty dashboard. No user guide or information on this in there. Rating this app somewhere between useless and frustrating

Login is impossible as app won't allow to enter ! or ? or " etc in the password. Although its a requirement when choosing password with setup. Customerservice only tells u to update the app and register again as if you are new customer Update 20/4 : new update of the app and again no symbol entry accepted for password

App is not functioning properly...I downloaded the App from play store and tried opening but only a blank screen with ok button is visible. After pressing ok screen just hangs there ...please let me know ....

Account creation doesnt work. Daman services currently unavailable. Session has timed out while account creation. Cant use app unless I verify my Email, cant verify email unless the app send activation code, the app doesnt send activation code so im stuck not being able to use.
