Shocking... Used the app to book a taxi from work in advance.Get a text saying taxi despatched. Waiting outside and no taxi so I go back on the app to see my taxi had been cancelled..I phone the office to book a taxi and say I had booked via the app but had been canceled to be told if we don't have a driver available then we cancel...the text said despatched and told me the make and color of the taxi...so do not tell me despatched then say cancelled as no driver avaliable....STAY AWAY...

Unable to use app. Keeps sending me round in circles. Sign in with Google, so I do, verify phone number, yep....then it says number already exists, please use alternative number. I only have one number!!?

Absolutely brilliant service. Was recommended. Always on time and the possibility of tracking your taxi with reg no., which is a bonus. polite, friendly staff, prices good. 5*

The app is good when it works but regularly cancels my booking. Best to ring in and book. Track a cab service still available. The driver service is second to none. Points only dropped cos of app

have used on occassions never had problems but went back to my normal taxi company but after tonight will use orbit as the other taxi company said no taxi untill after 10 so phoned orbit and they to where busy when i explained i had to be at work for Ten she managed to get me a taxi and i arrived work on time. which i wouldve expected the other company to do after me using for 20 years so Thank you Orbit will be using you in future xx

Awful company. Booked a taxi to the train station, received email conf and reference. 10 minutes before the taxi was due I called up to be told no booking was on the system. The employee was next to useless and very unhelpful. Avoid.
