Step 1. You must have an activated Android™ Mobile Phone with voice and data service provided for your phone within the continental USA before you begin the registration process. We have partnered with Wirefly, the nation’s leading online seller of cell phones, to provide Android phones and phone service and data services, offered by Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile, to our subscribers who do not already have an Android™ Mobile Phone. Many of the phones are free and have no activation fees. Step 2. You must agree and accept all terms and conditions of any company policies, set forth by ARCI Enterprises, LLC and any agreements between you and us.

You are required to submit required pertinent information (general, personal & medical) on yourself and third party contact information for other people, whom you desire, to be contacted in case of emergency. All information is kept on file at the emergency call center. You also agree to update this information from time to time, if any of the information changes.
Step 4. You must agree and accept the terms and conditions for payment of monthly 24/7 monitoring service fees. There are two options for payment: a. Automatic monthly recurring payment from an active bank debit card or b. from a Credit Card that’s accepted nationally (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.
