This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing AccellosOne SkyTrack on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. After the update you have to keep clearing the cache to get new load info.

Keeps completed trips on your trip screen for ever. You have to constantly call customer service to get them removed?

Now that the ELD mandate has taken effect, the electronic log portion of the app is completely useless. This app would be much more tolerable with an option to disable it so that i'm not constantly getting asked to certify logs that I've never used. After a while that goes away, but if you change it to off duty so that the app isn't constantly saying gps signal lost, then it starts asking you to verify logs again once you go back on duty so the tracking works. If it wasn't for the company i'm leased to requiring me to use it, there's no way I'd ever look twice at such a horrible app. Get rid of the logs and add an option to turn off tracking and you might have a tolerable app.

My load disappeared. Now I don't have the address for my 2nd drop. No help to figure out how to get it back, so my dispatcher can see my arrival and departure times. Logging doesn't seem very good either, but I don't use it.

AccellosOne SkyTrack empowers the driver and dispatcher to perform their job more effectively by automatically exchanging critical trip and load details between their Accellos TMS system and their Android Smartphone.

Drivers are able to review and update arrival and departure times, shipment details, BOL and signature capture for proof of delivery, trip-related notes and all other essential information as the trip progresses.

From the Smartphone the driver can see exactly where they are along the scheduled trip through interactive maps. The GPS coordinates are automatically uploaded to the secure, user-friendly SkyTrack webpage providing real-time visibility to both the dispatcher and customer. Rolling ETA’s keep everyone informed as to whether your loads and drivers are on-time or delayed.

Drivers and Dispatchers can send and receive messages eliminating the need for phone calls, and providing an efficient means of communication throughout the trip.

The SkyTrack system can also alert your customer once a driver enters the Geo-Fence perimeter of their impending arrival location through email or text messaging.

At the end of the day, AccellosOne SkyTrack improves on driver & dispatcher productivity, planning, customer service and visibility while reducing time and paperwork.
