The app is broken at the time of writing this review. It keeps repeating the splash animation over and over. Will update the review when a fix is introduced.

The app doesn't save personal information automatically and it's such a nuance and a waste of time to have to enter them constantly especially when you book around 8-10 trips weekly, the app doesn't show reserved trips, you have to manually save the QR code or go to email, and it sometimes just decides that it doesn't want to book anymore even though there is credit in the card and it won't explain why the transaction isn't complete.

Its usage is easy , well design, user friendly and need essential improvement points as 1- payment throughout jett card still unable to completed. 2- their is no way to show your reservations log 3- unable to cancel my reservation 4- their is no way to sort passengers according to gender ..etc over all well done and thanks for coders

very good but there must be an option to change a booking. Jett dont easily change your online booking if you need to. You havr to go to the JETT office that your trip us originally from snd take a print out of the QR. WHY? Then they will only change for the same origin- destination track!!!

One of the worst reservation apps i've ever seen why do i have to enter the national number,date of birth full name email and phone number before every trip, then you won't see the payment methods until u go through a process of at least 3 minutes And ya you can't also make sure if u really reserved the seat or not because it doesn't show the reserved tickets A reservation app should make things easier not worse

Don't confirm the reservation nor the payments, you can't review your booked trips, the prices is higher than the website and the ones you get from the call centre, they allow booking without signing up and many other things overall not recommended
