The app looks bad, as if made by a company without a single full time designer or PM. Worse, you can only add thermostats from iOS. Thanks to this app I will be returning the thermostat itself, resulting in reducing the active thermostats from the company by 10%

I can't remove thermostat from nor delete my account. There's no way to unsubscribe from their email notification that my thermostat is offline because I've already replace the thermostat with a different brand. I'm using the current android os on an S10.

App had previously worked without a hitch for several years now. Yesterday, it began not connecting and giving me the error message to "Please check your internet connection and try again." Confirmed that the thermostat is connected and can access via the website, but via the app.

You need ios to set up. The thermostat itself is not user friendly. If anyone knows a user friends, easy interface, makes some damned sense type of thermostat, let me know. This one is not easy to use, easy to set up, or even easy to read. Gl

App Stopped Working! Says "Connection Error" "please check your internet connection" I tried it on my phone, my wife's and my kids with 4 different phones and the app is NOT working. Go to the web site it works but thee is no schedule setting like 8n the app!

Had problems with the app for a while but it works now. Their tech support did respond to my inquiry and fixed the issue. Other than the recent issue the app works very well; easy to use
