Worst airline app ever! Other airline apps allow to put in reservations without having to sign up for their mileage program, but Korean Air requires signing up for SkyPass. OK, fine. It let me change and enter info at first but then locked seeing and changing things like contact info, seat assignments, and traveler info after I changed my mileage program from SkyPass to Delta (a partner airline in Sky Team). In fact, I can't even change back to SkyPass! Complete garbage app! 진짜 완전 쓰레기다! :/

Booking not possible, after insertion of payment datas no further redirection. Tried with 3 different cards. Same problem with the homepage. Pointless!

For a reason I'll never understand, most airlines apps around the world are really bad. But I've always handled it for the flights sake. Here I'm uninstalling before even checking in due to the permissions required. Permissions to make phone calls are definitely not needed for push notifications. Also access to my contacts? No thank you.

It works alright. Would be nice if it wasn't just a port of the mobile website honestly. One more thing, I booked a flight through Delta, and got redirected to check-in, which seemed to work as expected, except, there seems to be no option to receive the boarding pass as a PDF file, or a printing option. Maybe I missed it? I don't know.

Awful app...worst airline app I have seen by far. Apparently it doesn't remember your flight... despite there being a dashboard that would make sense to display upcoming flights. Under "My trips" the only option is to search a reservation or ticket. I track down the confirmation number and find my flight, but after that it disappears. Apparently I need to memorize my confirmation number and search for it....EVERY time I need/want to look at my upcoming flight. Extremely unintuitive.

Horrible app. Every time you enter a field wrong when searching for reservation/ticket number/anything. Boarding passes only show the first time I load them. When I go back to get them again they never load so I am forced to take screenshots of them if I want to use it at the airport.
